What is Takoyaki?
Takoyaki, the latest and hottest snack food in. recent years. Takoyaki is shaped like a golf ball, a very popular snack food which originated from Japan, has finally arrived at our shores. Takoyaki is made from special mixed flour with delicious fillings such as octopus, prawn & cheese. It is then covered in a special brown sauce and topped off with Japanese fish flakes, mayonnaise and seaweed. Most of the ingredients of Tako Tao’s Takoyaki are specially imported from Japan in order to provide the original taste of Japan. Takoyaki is crispy on the outside while its mouth-watering fillings are covered in a soft and sticky paste. This snack is best served hot off the grill.Takoyaki has a long history in Japan, dating back almost 60 years. It was started by Japanese in Osaka as a fast food snack selling on roadside stalls and snack kiosks.
