Kindly inform me (or other XXX staff) if you are on-leave (at least a day before) in order for me to arrange appropriate action if there’s any assignment given should be completed (by you).
Yesterday (29/05/07), I seek your kind assistance to burn another additional 20 pcs of CDs (requested by our MD) should be completed by (today) 31/05/07 and you said “Yes”.
I’ve only been informed by Puan XX that you are on leave today (31/05/07). This matter already happened twice, and I hope you could give me (or other staff) good cooperation regarding the matters.

Mamatinie terpaksa buat appropriate action sbb dah banyak kali dah mamat ni buat ta*k kat mamatinie. Mamatinie paling tak suka nak create isu among collegue tapi dah terpaksa sangat. Dah banyak kali dia buat hal dgn mamatinie. Sebenarnya isu dia bukan lah susah sangat. Lets say bila mamatinie minta dia tolong buat something untuk certain project. (we are working as a team) kalau mamatinie buat sorang memang tak dayalah.
He will said. Ok-ok aku buat.. katakan benda tu mesti complete by besok. Rupanya besoknya dia dah apply cuti. Tak boleh ke bgtahu mamatinie yg esoknya dia cuti. Dah mamatinie kelam kabut tunggang langgang cari other staff to setllekan kerja yg sepatutnya dia buat. Kalau dia cakap dia cuti kan senang, so sempat mamatinie suruh org lain yg buatkan.
And mamatinie pernah mintak tolong stand-by at office because our major project dah nak dekat sgt dah . Tapi time tu lah dia cuti. Tak kisah lah dia cuti sbb boss dia yg approved tp tak boleh ke inform kat our team yang dia cuti? Nampak macam saja nak pekena orang kan? Our dept. memang dah lack of staff. So nak tak nak terpaksalah minta tolong pada dia. Tapi mcm ni pulak dia buat pada mamatinie. Its already happended few times so terpaksa lah mamatinie bg dia "teguran" sikit. I sent official e-mailed to him and explained to boss kecik and boss besar. Hopefully tindakan mamatinie tu betul.
Suruh jek boss besar bagi warning letter kat org camni. Aku lak tgh geram dgn staff baru, aku bagi keje dia bantai YM je sepanjang hari, nak kena pelempang agaknya budak mentah ni :P
