Siapa suka masak? me enjoy cooking especially lauk-pauk even tak gheti tp aku hantam saja laaa .. i wud browse thru internet to find out interest lauk to cook. Lagi simple resepi tu lg bagus. As a career women (cewah) aku akan cari the invented type of resepi yg aku bole cuba kat dapur moden kita ni.Mana nak carik daun pisang bagai tak kuase haku.. Since my mom is a career woman so aku dah dibiasakan dgn hidup berdikari a.k.a pandai-pandai la kau masak sendiri mak tak sempat balik tghari. Most of the gang yg the mommy is a fulltime housewife always ends up to be a lousy cook.Kenape ek ? Mak korang takut tangan korang terbakar ek? nanti turun saham sibu hinggit muahaha..suppose you all the one yg MASTER in cooking since ada sifu yg nak ajar..hmmmm rugii rugii.. But im lousy bile part cakes & cookies. Kena sumpah ke apa tak tau la..its gonna be baling kat dinding, dinding berlubang types of cakes .. So enclosed one of the resepi (lauk) yg aku dah try hmm yummieee..lapo lapo. Korang pun cubalah!
Asam Pedas Ayam Ayam (of course!) Asam Gelugur Minyak Masak Daun Kesum Air Cili boh/giling/blend Halia (2cm) -Blend Belacan (optional) 2 ulas Bawang Merah-Blend 3 ulas Bawang Putih-Blend Kunyit (1cm)-Blend 1 btg Serai diketuk/titik
Caranya : Panaskan minyak , tumis bahan blend , tumis till wangi, masukkan serai & cili boh, kacau till pecah minyak, masukkan ayam, godek sikit2, then masukkan sedikit air ,asam gelugur,belacan, garam, gula (no ajinomoto!) tunggu ayam empuk/masak then masukkan daun kesum. Tunggu kejap, angkat, ambik nasik and makan dgn nasik . Selamat Makan! heheheh
